Personal data processing policy

1. Operator

2. What data we process

• name;
• phone number;
• messenger contact or e-mail (if provided);
• company name and comment (if provided);
• technical data: the page the request was sent from, cookies, web analytics data.

3. Purposes of processing

• replying to your request, consulting and agreeing on terms of services;
• concluding and performing a contract;
• improving the website (anonymized analytics).

4. Legal grounds

The consent of the data subject, given by ticking the checkbox in the form on the website; concluding and performing a contract to which the data subject is a party. Processing is carried out in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

5. Operations with data and retention

The Operator collects, records, organizes, stores, updates, uses and deletes personal data with and without automation tools. Data is kept no longer than the purposes of processing require, and no more than 3 years from the last contact, unless otherwise provided by law or contract. Data of Russian citizens is recorded and stored using databases located in the Russian Federation.

6. Transfer to third parties

The Operator does not transfer personal data to third parties, except as required by law and to parties processing data on the Operator's behalf (hosting, CRM, mailing services) under confidentiality obligations.

7. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about the processing of your data, to request its correction, blocking or deletion, and to withdraw your consent by writing to privacy@iishinka.ru. The Operator will respond within the period established by law.

8. Cookie

The website uses cookies required for it to work and web analytics services. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the site may not work correctly as a result.

9. Data protection

The Operator takes legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.

10. Changes to this policy

The Operator may amend this policy. The current version is always available on this page.
